To anyone who is familiar with Animal Crossing, this iconic gold sack is used to hold the in-game currency, bells. I plan to use these bags in lieu of wrapping paper for future gifts to friends and family. But you can definitely put whatever you want in it. Replace your handbag with a bell bag! Use it to store knick knacks! Keep snacks and confections in it for an emergency pick-me-up!

For this pattern, I collaborated with Louis Mensinger of Club Crochet, an incredible library resource of crochet tutorials and patterns. You can peruse a wide variety of patterns along with full-length video tutorials for free! If you become a member, you will also have access to the downloadable PDFs of the patterns, discounts on paid patterns and ebooks, and more.

I wrote the pattern and Louis created the video tutorial (see below) to make the giant bell bag.

The written PDF of the pattern can be found HERE. The pattern is a ClubCrochet.com membership exclusive but if you’re not currently a member, you can try out the membership for free with a 15-day trial.
